Technical Sales-Engineers
TRANSRADIO is specialised in research, development and design of modern AM, VHF/FM and DRM broadcasting systems and is currently looking for Technical Sales-Engineers to sell broadcasting equipment and antennas to the national and international market.

Requirements
Education and Experience
You shall be a graduate in a relevant field and have at least 6 months experience of sales, although this does not necessarily need to be in the broadcasting market.
Technical Knowledge & Skill
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal in German, English and/or French) and persistence in problem solving
- Technical understanding of modern AM, VHF/FM and DRM broadcasting systems and antennas is advantageous
- Develop working relationships with clients and individuals through an understanding of their perspectives and issues
- Have a strong understanding of technical, cost and risk implications of potential solutions and incorporates these into recommendations
- Ability to travel
- To be able to attend prospect/client meetings at any level and impose his/her point of view in an empathetic manner, with flair
- International outlook and approach
- Highly motivated self starter with a “can-do” attitude
- Able to work with minimal direction and promote an open flow of information
Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and follows up on accounts
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
- Qualify and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and Requests for Information (RFI's)
- Set levels of expectation with TRANSRADIO’s management regarding effort and resources needed to support any engagement.
- Be a significant co-ordinator and technical contributor in the production of proposals for prospects/clients.
- Develops a strong understanding of each target client’s business, operations and industry trends
- Organise and manage the technical content prospect/client workshops and to represent TRANSRADIO on exhibitions and trade shows
